Make sure you remove the “SOUL EMOTION PRO” Bluetooth profile on your device first before resetting
Étape 1
If the earbuds are in the charging case, take both earbuds out of the case. The earbuds must be able to power on.
Étape 2
Press and hold the touch control button for at least 5 seconds.
Step 2.1 Once 5 seconds passes, the earphones will turn off (A white LED will indicate that it has turned off).
Step 2.2 Press and hold the touch control button again. Once another 10 seconds passes, the LED on the earbuds will turn blue and white indicating that the reset is complete.

Turn on your EMOTION PRO by holding down the touch control button for at least 2 seconds. It will go into auto pairing mode and will be able to pair with your Bluetooth enabled device.
Your EMOTION PRO is now ready to be connected to your Bluetooth device.
